We are looking for a receptionist who is bright, well dressed, and willing to step outside their comfort zone and help us with agency type work along with their typical duties. We are willing to offer a flexible schedule for those in school.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist marketing, design, and development departments with misc tasks
- Answer phones, take messages
- Greet clients and support sales staff
- Organize work events
- This role will also be cross-trained to work with the marketing department
- Respond to clients on an as needed basis
- Schedule appointments when needed
- Order supplies
- Order company lunches

Requirements
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Great personality
- Well dressed
- Creative
- Willing to learn new things and adopt technology
- Any marketing or social media skill is a huge plus
