Join Our Maternity Admin Team as a Receptionist
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our maternity admin team to work as a Receptionist within our Antenatal Outpatients multi-disciplinary team. This is a 12 month FTC, full-time role working 37.5 hours a week.
Key Requirements
- Patient-focused with excellent customer care skills and an eye for detail.
- Enjoy daily interactions with patients, visitors, and multidisciplinary hospital staff.
Responsibilities
This role will have a significant and direct impact on our patients' experiences and will also involve responding to EPIC in-basket, secure chats, and email inbox queries when needed.
- Monitoring/actioning relevant EPIC workqueues as required.

Role Overview
This role will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team working in a patient-facing clinical setting. The post holder will be providing a high-quality, comprehensive range of administrative duties and deliver an excellent patient and user experience by meeting and greeting patients, visitors, and colleagues on the antenatal reception desks in a friendly and professional manner.
