Receptionist / Personal Assistant
Wednesbury | £28,000 | Permanent | Monday–Friday
Are you an experienced PA, Senior Administrator or Office Coordinator who also enjoys being the face of a business?
We’re recruiting for an established business in Wednesbury looking for a confident and highly organised Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their team.
This is much more than a traditional reception role. Alongside taking ownership of a professional front-of-house function, you’ll provide proactive PA and administrative support to senior management, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable using their initiative and supporting senior colleagues without needing lots of direction.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Providing PA and administrative support to senior management
- Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
- Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor arrangements
- Preparing correspondence, documents and business information
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
- Supporting senior colleagues with ad-hoc requests
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Providing wider administrative support across the business
- Supporting the Commercial team with documentation, basic order processing and invoice administration when required
- Liaising professionally with customers, suppliers and internal teams

What we're looking for
Previous PA, senior administration or executive support experience is important for this role.
You'll need to be:
- Confident supporting senior managers
- Comfortable managing diaries and coordinating meetings
- Proactive and able to use your own initiative
- Professional, articulate and confident dealing with people at all levels
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing PA responsibilities with front-of-house duties
- Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or commercial business would be useful, but isn't essential.

- Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm
- 37 hours per week
