Contract: Part Time

Salary: up to £12.71 per hour plus tips

24 hours per week

You will work alongside an efficient and experienced team to assist in the day-to-day running of the Department/ Health Club to ensure that our guests and members' needs are met and they are provided exceptional customer service at all times.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Leisure industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing guests and club members with advice on classes and services and answer any queries.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Wellbeing and Fitness Reception.
  • Ensuring the Wellbeing and Fitness Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • All enquiries regarding club membership to be answered promptly and professionally.
  • Have a high attention to detail.

Requirements

In order to be successful for this role you will have:

  • Experience within a leisure membership sales environment. Proven record of achieving results with and through a team.
  • Results driven, with a sense of urgency about achieving objectives and a problem-solving approach.
  • Personality - customer-facing presence, rapport builder. Calm and assured under pressure.
  • Passion for the Health & Fitness business. Can communicate ideas and facts honestly, clearly, and persuasively.
  • Leadership capability – Leads from the front and delegates effectively. Also a team player.
