What’s the role about?

We’re looking for a people-focused and organised Receptionist to join our Property team. As the first point of contact for visitors and guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience, while also providing valuable administrative and office management support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Head Office.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll support reception, office administration, facilities coordination and daily operational tasks, helping to create an organised, polished and welcoming environment that reflects the Reiss brand.

Who you are

  • A warm, approachable and professional individual who enjoys creating a positive first impression to all visitors, always looking to provide stellar service excellence.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy Head Office environment.
  • Customer-service focused, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Reliable, focused and calm under pressure, with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to identify tasks that need attention and get involved proactively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
  • Previous administrative experience and a strong customer service mindset would be beneficial.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
