Client Details
We are working with a highly regarded Investment Management firm based in the heart of London's West End to find a motivated & team-oriented Receptionist to join their team.
Description
This is a varied, office-based role and you will work a combination of 8am-4pm & 10am-6pm on a rota basis. Daily duties will include:
- Welcoming, directing and verifying the identity of visitors to the office.
- Managing reception operations, including telephone enquiries, switchboard support, meeting room bookings and visitor refreshments.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and professional reception and client area to create a positive experience for staff and visitors.
- Supporting facilities and workplace services by coordinating deliveries, managing mail, arranging taxis, liaising with suppliers and providing administrative assistance.
- Delivering onboarding support through health and safety inductions, site familiarisation and the issuing and management of security access passes.
- Collaborating with concierge, security and facilities teams while providing cover and support to reception colleagues during absences and busy periods.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Adaptability & flexibility
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Confidence and proactivity to suggest ways of improving the service currently offered
- Ability to take initiative

Job Offer
Salary of £33000-£35000pa
- Performance-based bonus.
- Pension contribution of up to 10%.
