THE ROLE & TEAM
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to support our Manchester City Centre office. You will be the first person to greet our colleagues and clients and will be an integral part of this expansive new office. The ideal candidate will be an initiative-taker who can work well as a dedicated front of house team. We are looking for someone who has a personable approach and can multi-task effectively.
This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week on site working either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm on a rotational basis. We request a flexible approach when required.
Please note: Internally this role is called Client Experience Assistant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as first point of contact for Clients and Employees
- Support with general admin tasks- post, scanning, printing when required
- Complete archiving client documentation
- Support senior employees with requests when required
- Manage office attendees- room and desk bookings
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client and colleagues
- Maintain office; ensure its kept neat and operational at all times
- Able to perform the essential physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable adjustments.
