GEDA’s award-winning teams are based out of offices in Tyrone (NI) and the East Midlands (ENG), delivering key residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects. GEDA is well known for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects in the construction and civil engineering industry.

We focus on engaging with local communities, minimising our environmental footprint and put a strong emphasis on health, safety and well-being in delivering our projects for clients.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Kegworth Office. The successful candidate will manage reception duties, provide excellent customer service, and support day-to-day administrative operations. This role is on a part-time job share basis, working 2 days per week.

Your Role

  • Reception: greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Administrative duties: answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, post and deliveries, manage appointments and meeting room schedules and provide administration support to various departments.
  • Presentation: maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
  • Visitors: monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols.
  • Customer service: assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordination: with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stock and supplies: maintain office supplies and order stock when required.
  • Policies and procedures: adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Other: undertake any other duties commensurate with this role

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience: previous reception, customer service, or front-of-house experience.
  • Experience: competent in MS packages.
  • Qualification: GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths is desirable.
  • Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skill: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Skill: good time management and attention to detail.
