Arnold & Porter’s London office is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at Tower 42. This role is central to creating a positive first impression, providing a friendly, efficient, and confidential service at all times.

  • Responsibilities
    • Manage incoming calls and emails
    • Organize meeting room bookings
    • Issue security passes
    • Arrange taxis
    • Ensure our reception and communal areas are always presentable
    • Report and follow up on any facilities issues
    • Maintain key records
    • Support the Director of Administration with a variety of administrative tasks
