Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for a Receptionist to join their busy team.

Job Description

Working front of house in a busy office environment, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting colleagues and visitors, ensuring that each day runs smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being welcoming and professional when greeting all colleagues and visitors to the building
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Arranging post and couriers
  • Room booking and organizing meetings
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of the office building
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors
  • Supporting operations and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Supporting other positions when absences arise due to holidays, etc.
