Working Pattern
- 3 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office.
- Full time, 21 hours per week.
- Monday-Wednesday.

What This Role Is All About
The Receptionist will report to the Assistant Facilities Manager and provide a world-class front of house service when dealing with visitors and colleagues.
Key Actions
- Welcome and administer visitors to ensure their introduction to the company is in keeping with a ‘world class' ethos and best practices.
- Present a professional and courteous welcome to all external visitors to the building in order to create a positive image of the company.
- Uphold company security procedures by utilizing security card entry systems.
- Maintain the company car parking policy to ensure fair and consistent access to car park spaces, and uphold security procedures.
- Assistance with Evacuation Procedures to ensure safety of employees.
- Communicate emergency procedures to all visitors and contractors on arrival to the building.
- Providing cover and assisting as required in other areas of the Facilities Team.
- Communicate with employees and managers at all levels up to and including Board members.
- Ad hoc Facilities tasks as required by the manager to support other areas of the department.
- Ensure that local and role-specific Treating Customers Fairly requirements are met in line with key outputs.
- Administer the eye care voucher scheme for employees.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and establish the most appropriate destination ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.

What Do You Need to Thrive?
- Authority to prioritise own workload.
- Authority to book taxis on provision of budget codes.
- The job holder is not permitted to leave the reception area unattended without authorisation.
- Flexible in approach and ability to prioritise and manage tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working in a busy reception environment.
