About The Role

A Receptionist position is available in Henley-in-Arden, offered by Pertemps Solihull. This part-time role requires 14 hours per week, working Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with a salary of £13.75 per hour. About The Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional and well-presented Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. This is a customer-facing role and would suit someone who enjoys meeting people, providing excellent customer service and carrying out general administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so a welcoming and professional manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Greet visitors, clients and delivery personnel arriving at reception.
  • Book new enquiries onto the company computer database accurately.
  • Carry out general filing and light administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional reception area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
