Be the Face of Sytner Group

Sytner Group is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and highly organised Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Leicester.

As the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, and external partners, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every day.

About The Role

As our Head Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the reception area while supporting a variety of administrative and office functions.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors to Head Office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Handling visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining security protocols.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared for visitors and meetings.
  • Receiving and distributing post, deliveries, and courier items.
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative and office coordination tasks.
  • Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
  • Assisting with Head Office events, meetings, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Providing exceptional service and ensuring every interaction reflects the values of Sytner Group.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous reception, front-of-house, customer service, or administrative experience.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is confident, professional, and approachable.
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple priorities whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and general office systems.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience for everyone they interact with.
