The Dr Jenni Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
This is a varied, client-facing role within a luxury healthcare environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
About the role
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, including:
- Welcoming and assisting clients in a warm and professional manner
- Managing telephone, email and client enquiries
- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Supporting communication between clients and the clinical team
- Maintaining accurate client records and our database
- Supporting the general administration of the clinic
- Ensuring the clinic is presented to an exceptionally high standard
- Helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment
- Providing an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint

About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous Front of House, Reception or luxury hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, friendly and professional approach
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Office and online booking systems
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends

Hours & location
Blisworth, Northampton
20 hours per week
- Tuesday: 9:30am–2:30pm
- Thursday: 12pm–8pm
- Friday: 10am–6pm (every other Friday, 12pm–8pm)
