Are you a friendly, organised, and approachable individual with a passion for helping others? Clinical Radiology is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Ninewells Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional environment where your contribution will make a real difference to patient care.
Role Description
As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing appointments
- Updating records
- Supporting clinical teams using IT systems
- Communicating effectively with patients, clinicians, and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies (training will be provided if needed)
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team

Hours of Work
36 hours per week covering shifts Monday – Sunday between 8am – 8pm on a rotational basis.
