Job Description
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person to provide an effective Reception and Admin Service within our Reception/Admissions team. Duties will include providing a reception service across both Chelmsford College sites and providing admin/admissions support when required. It is essential to have good IT and communication skills and be able to work accurately under pressure.
At busy times of the year candidates will need to be flexible in their working hours. Availability to provide holiday & sickness cover, extra cover during enrolment and for showcase & parents evenings will be required.

Term Time Hours
- Monday: 09:30 – 18:00
- Tuesday: 13:30 – 18:00
- Thursday: 14:30 – 19:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
Non-Term Time Hours
- Monday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Tuesday: 12:30 – 17:00
- Thursday: 12:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
