Job Title
We have a 9-month fixed-term position for 37.5 hours per week for a motivated and enthusiastic staff member to work for the Community Reception team working across various sites supporting the equipment services & wheelchair services support teams.
About the Role
The post holder will be customer-focused and provide a comprehensive service. Communication and organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the work environment.
- Work with colleagues in establishing and maintaining administrative procedures to promote patient satisfaction, respecting the confidential nature of information relating to the Trust, its staff, and patients.
- To participate in training and development programmes both internal and externally.
- Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area, incorporating the establishment of systems and processes.

Requirements
The post holder must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to organise and prioritise their work schedule. They must be able to work on their own initiative, with an excellent telephone manner and respectful confidentiality. Previous experience is desirable. Staff member must be willing to work across all sites as required.
The post holder will be required to cover sickness and absence. The service is open Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm depending on service needs, and shifts are allocated according to ensuring service needs are met.
