Caslon Primary Community School is a single form entry school with on-site Nursery provision located in Cradley on the outskirts of Halesowen. We are also proud to have a specialist unit for children with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and an Early Years Inclusion Hub.

We Are Looking to Appoint a Confident and Enthusiastic Administrative Assistant
You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize workloads, use their initiative, and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.
- Have experience of using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the Arbor MIS system would be advantageous but not essential.
The Vacancy
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Working Pattern:
- Monday: 08:00 - 15:30
- Tuesday: 08:00 - 14:30
- Wednesday: 08:00 - 12:00
- Thursday: 08:00 - 14:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
There may be some flexibility with the proposed working pattern for the right candidate.
