About the Role

As a Receptionist Administrator, your primary duties will be to provide reception duties and administrative support to the Head Office team.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone
  • Passing on messages to relevant team members either by Teams channel or written note
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring they sign in and out
  • Making teas or coffees for visitors and staff
  • Taking deliveries and arranging any collections of returned items
  • Sorting and distributing post and informing the main office if any post or deliveries have arrived for them
  • Keeping the office tidy, including the kitchen area
  • Managing and organising purchase of any stationery, staff refreshment supplies
  • Reporting any maintenance required
  • Administration support as required

Location

Based at our head office in Bury St Edmunds you will work in a team of 10+.

Requirements

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a minimum of 1 year administration or office experience.
