At GMMH we are investing significantly into our Community Mental Health provision.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Community Mental Health reception team. Applicants should be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to deal with the general public on a daily basis and have a positive approach to customer care.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing reception support to the clinical team within the Community Mental Health Teams.
  • Handling a range of enquiries, in person, by phone or by email in an efficient, polite and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring patients and Healthcare Professionals receive an excellent customer service experience.
