Location: Rotherham
Salary: £14.61 per hour
Start date: September 2026
Contract type: Temp - perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement
Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only
Unique School Solutions are supporting a large Catholic Multi Academy Trust in Rotherham to appoint a Receptionist & Administrator. The role will involve covering main reception and fielding calls, directing them to specific schools within the trust. You will also be responsible for booking rooms, arranging trainings and seminars on site as well as ordering stocks and typing up notes and memos. The role is to start in September 2026 and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 12 weeks.

Essential Requirements For The Role
- Previous experience working within a school and using school systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of handling confidential data
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work under direction as well as using own initiative
