Temporary Role: Receptionist / Administrator

This temporary role as a Receptionist / Administrator in Edinburgh is a role to support the day-to-day operations of a not-for-profit organisation. You'll be the first point of contact, handling enquiries and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Description

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the right place.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including organising deliveries.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Assist with general office duties as required.

A successful Receptionist / Administrator should have:
