About The Meadows School (Sandwell) (SIPS)
We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, enthusiastic individual who wants to be part of a successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents to school. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front of house, clerical, and administrative support in a fast-moving school.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents.
Requirements
- Receptionist and School Admin experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Enthusiastic person with a real passion for working with children with SEND.
- High expectations of pupils and a commitment to making a real difference to our students' learning outcomes.
- Flexibility and openness to new ideas.
- A team player.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent.
- Full support for the ethos and aims of our schools.
- Ability to efficiently plan their day and prioritize workload.

Language Requirement
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016), and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.

Job Details
- Hours: 37 hours per week - Term Time plus 2 weeks (1 week INSET + 1 week)
- Grade: Grade D, SCP 9 to 17, £27,254-£31,022 p.a. (Actual salary £25,367 - £29,590 p.a.)
- Location: The Meadows School, Dudley Road East, Oldbury, B69 3BU /Connor Road, West Bromwich, B71 3DJ
