Are you someone who can provide excellent customer service and enjoys speaking to people? If so, we could have the perfect role for you.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist & Health & Safety Officer to provide a professional front of house service to visitors, colleagues, and stakeholders within our friendly and welcoming office environment. In this varied role, you will play a key part in creating a positive first impression for everyone who visits our offices, whilst also helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the building and maintaining health and safety compliance.
As the face of the organisation, you will:
- Welcome visitors
- Manage enquiries
- Coordinate meeting rooms
- Support office events
- Provide a range of administrative support across the business
Alongside your reception responsibilities, you will take ownership of office health and safety processes, helping to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-managed workplace.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is 100% office-based in Leeds City Centre, with flexibility required to provide front of house cover during office opening hours.

The package includes:
