About the Role
At Eastwood Park we are proud of the beautiful surroundings in which we work and want to make sure that lots of others get to enjoy this wonderful venue. We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our small team.
Working as part of the Country House team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to Eastwood Park and will deal with enquiries from day visitors, residents, wedding parties and guests at social functions. You will provide a warm and friendly service to ensure everyone experiences the highest standards.
Key Requirements
- Strong interest in hospitality and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience working in an administration or checking-in function.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and confident with other IT systems specific to this role (booking and payment systems etc.).
- A warm, friendly, confident and approachable manner.
- A smart appearance with high standards of personal presentation.

Role Details
The role is for 37 hours per week over 5 days on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.
