Receptionist – Patchway Locality Hub
We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at Patchway Locality Hub, each working 24 hours per week.
Working Pattern
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
The service is based at Patchway Locality Hub and provides a range of specialist children’s services across BNSSG, including Community Paediatrics, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Physiotherapy. We support children and young people aged 0–18 years and their families.
We provide a child-centred and holistic service, working closely with colleagues across health, social care, and education to ensure children and families receive coordinated and effective support tailored to their individual needs.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for service users, parents, carers, professionals, and visitors to the Patchway Hub. You will play an important role in providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house and administrative service.

The service supports children and young people aged 0–18 years and includes Community Paediatrics, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Health Visiting, and School Health Nursing services. The role will also involve acting as a first point of contact for Social Care teams based within the hubs.
