- Pay: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour depending on experience
- Contract: Bank Contract - Zero hour contract

You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
- Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries
- Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone
- Conducting show-arounds within the care home
- Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
- Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
- Previous experience as a Receptionist with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Friendly manner both face to face and over the phone
- Approachable and organised
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and internal teams
- Dedicated and efficient with the ability to handle a varied workload
- Caring attitude that underpins everything you do to make a real difference to people’s lives
