Job Description
Bright & Duggan Property Group has a fantastic opportunity for a customer service focused person to join our team and start or continue an exciting career within the Strata industry. You are someone who loves liaising with clients and strives to provide the highest level of service in a front office role.

Primarily responsible for being the first point of contact, the Corporate Receptionist will be the face of Bright & Duggan Property Group, providing our clients, both internal and external with level one customer service support.
About The Role
- Answering high volume incoming calls from a national client base
- Providing prompt and professional advice to clients
- Scheduling of appointments within databases and calendars
- Email management
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Minimum 12 months experience in a reception or customer service role
- Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients via phone and in person
- Experience with MS Outlook and Word
- Excellent corporate presentation and a great, team focused personality
