Our client, a progressive and forward-thinking financial services organisation, is seeking a polished, professional, and proactive Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their London headquarters.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive company where exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail are integral to its culture and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
  • Manage all incoming calls (internal and external) with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Coordinate closely with the Events and Marketing teams to assist in planning, setting up, and hosting in-house events.
  • Liaise with internal teams to book and prepare meeting rooms for internal and client use.
  • Order and arrange catering for meetings and corporate lunches.
  • Maintain and refresh meeting rooms to ensure a pristine and professional environment.
  • Prepare new starter welcome packs, passes, and relevant documentation.
  • Arrange taxis and support internal travel bookings.

  • Previous experience in a corporate front-of-house or receptionist role is essential.
  • Impeccable presentation and a confident, clear communicator with fluent English.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
  • Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
