Join Our Team as a Receptionist!
Our Receptionists are the welcoming heart of our centres, creating the positive first impression our customers love and remember. As the friendly face at the front desk, you’ll help visitors feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, guiding them through their visit and proudly showcasing everything our centres have to offer.
You don’t need previous experience to shine in this role. What matters most is a genuine passion for helping people and the confidence to greet every guest with a warm smile and approachable, can, do attitude. Our reception areas can be lively and fast-moving, so staying calm, thinking on your feet, and handling a variety of enquiries with ease will help you thrive.
If you enjoy meeting new people, love making others feel welcome, and want to be part of a supportive, energetic team, this is a great place to start.
