About Us

Prestige Healthcare is a healthcare provider based in Barnet, supplying orthotic and mobility products, footwear, braces, and supports to our patients and customers. We're proud of the friendly, professional service we offer everyone who walks through our door.

Please note: we are currently based in Barnet, but will be relocating to inner Hertfordshire. We're looking for someone who can move with us.

The Role

This role is designed to grow. You'll spend your first 3 months as our Receptionist, learning the business and getting to know our customers and products, before progressing into a Client Liaison Officer position.

First 3 Months — Receptionist

  • Tend to customers, providing a warm and professional front-of-house service
  • Sell stock at the shop front and support customers with their purchases
  • Pack parcels and organise courier collections for outgoing orders
  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls

From Month 4 — Client Liaison Officer

Client & Hospital Liaison

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with hospitals, clinics, and other external partners
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client requests, product queries, and service issues

Digital & Catalogue Management

  • Update and maintain the product catalogue, ensuring descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate
  • Keep the company website up to date with new products, announcements, promotions, and stock changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather new product details or changes
  • Monitor and correct inconsistencies across digital platforms

Stock & Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability is accurately reflected on digital platforms
  • Communicate with warehouse or supply teams regarding stock updates, shortages, and incoming shipments
  • Support coordination of product replenishment and assist with basic stock tracking tasks

About You

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great tech skills and confident using computer systems and office software
  • A personable, compassionate, and empathetic approach, with good listening skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and literacy
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • The confidence to liaise professionally with customers, hospitals, and partners
  • A strong customer service ethos
