Receptionist - Creative Agency
London | Full-Time | Office Based | 28K
Are you someone who loves creating great experiences, keeping things organised and being the person everyone can rely on?
We're looking for a superstar Receptionist to become the welcoming face of a vibrant, creative workspace. This is busy and collaborative reception role – you'll work alongside two others and play a key part in shaping the day-to-day experience for employees, clients and guests while helping an energetic office run seamlessly.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and creating a memorable first impression
- Managing meeting rooms, bookings and catering requests
- Keeping shared spaces looking professional and inviting
- Supporting internal events, socials and client gatherings
- Coordinating deliveries, post and office supplies
- Managing inboxes and handling day-to-day administration
- Taking ownership of the office environment and spotting the little details that make a big difference

- Experienced in reception, hospitality, workplace or office coordination environments
