Cuckmere House School Receptionist
Permanent, Term Time Only
15 hours per week (Thursday & Friday)
40 weeks worked and 46 weeks paid per year
Single Status Grade 3
(current value, at FTE, £25,614)
Pro-rata salary starting from £9,160 p.a.

We are looking to recruit an efficient and flexible Receptionist into our administration team, to support the smooth running of our reception area. The ideal candidate will need to be experienced in administrative support and will need to have a good telephone manner, be able to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents and outside agencies. They will also need excellent IT and interpersonal skills. Previous school office experience using SIMS would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Other necessary qualities include confidentiality, efficiency and being able to work on your own initiative and under pressure, and a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of the school. The working pattern will be Thursday to Friday, 8:15am-15:45pm.
