We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.
Key Information
- Role: Receptionist
- Hours: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Salary: up to £27300pa
- Location: The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, SW10 0XE
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries efficiently
- Handle reservations, billing, and administrative tasks accurately
- Build positive relationships with guests and personalise their experience
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- Experience with Opera Cloud is desirable
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
