Location: Delamere Lakes, CW8 2HB
Salary: £8,174.40 per annum (13.10 per hour)
Hours: 12 hours per weekend (6 hours a day Saturday and Sunday )
Job Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
- Handle and relay messages via phone, email or face to face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments.
- Check guests in on arrival, delivering 5-star customer service from the moment
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly and efficiently
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for the safety of our guests and colleagues
- Support with general administrative duties, including paperwork, reporting and front-of-house organisation
- Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate to ensure a swift resolution
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team player who brings:
- At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer care instincts, with a calm and efficient approach to problem-solving
- Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems
- A flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
- Initiative and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times
