We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Canning Town. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and wants to be part of a successful employee-owned business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and enquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinating visitor sign-ins, security passes and reception records.
  • Receiving and distributing post, deliveries and courier items across the business.
  • Supporting the smooth operation of the Head Office through meeting room bookings and administrative assistance.
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records in line with company procedures.
  • Keeping the reception area organised, professional and well-presented.
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues, visitors and external stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy environment.
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering a great experience.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • A proactive, reliable attitude and the willingness to support the wider team.
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and professional when managing multiple priorities.
