Receptionist
Mayfair and Farringdon, London
Up to £28,500
Love people? Thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment? We're looking for a polished and personable Receptionist to join a premium business centre in the heart of Mayfair or Farringdon.
As the face of the business, you'll deliver a five-star experience to tenants and visitors, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and memorable.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants
- Handling calls, post, deliveries, and access passes
- Supporting office and facilities requests
- Maintaining high standards across the building
- Assisting with administration and client onboarding

What we're looking for:
- A confident and friendly communicator who loves working with people
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or concierge-style roles is highly desirable
- You do not need previous reception or front-of-house experience. We're looking for individuals with the right attitude, professionalism, and service mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and going the extra mile for clients and visitors
