Front of House Receptionist
Owen Reed is looking for a polished and personable Front of House Receptionist to join a respected London law firm on a three-month fixed-term contract.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and discreet welcome. This is a busy reception role suited to someone who can stay composed under pressure and deliver excellent service to high-net-worth clients.

The role will involve:
- Greeting clients and visitors and managing their arrival.
- Answering calls, handling enquiries, and taking accurate messages.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and liaising with colleagues ahead of client meetings.
- Keeping the reception area organised and presentable.
- Providing general front of house and administrative support.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in reception or front of house within a law firm, professional services firm, or similarly high-end setting.
- Articulate, well presented, and confident with clients.
- Discreet, organised, and calm when managing competing demands.
- Flexible to cover shifts within the reception’s opening hours.
- Available to start in late October.
