About Carmelina’s

Carmelina’s is a new Italian dining destination opening at The Webster Hotel in Covent Garden this autumn. Bringing together a restaurant, all-day café, terrace and speakeasy bar, Carmelina’s combines exceptional food, expertly crafted drinks and the spirit of Italy.

Founded by hospitality trio Daniele Pampagnin, Jake Mason and Carmela Pia, whose combined expertise spans the kitchen, operations and creative direction, Carmelina’s reflects the personalities and passions of its founders.

From the restaurant and café to the terrace and Carla’s List, each space has its own distinct character, offering guests a unique experience from morning coffee through to late-night cocktails.

The Role

We are looking for a warm, confident and professional Receptionist to join our team.

As a Receptionist at Carmelina’s, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating a warm and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

You will manage reservations, welcome and seat guests, coordinate table availability and work closely with the Management and Front of House teams to ensure an organised and seamless flow of service.

With a friendly and professional approach, you will represent the Carmelina’s brand and ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed and well looked after.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
