Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Manchester. The Receptionist will be responsible for:

- Greeting visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy reception area
The role includes:
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Supporting basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinating with building management and tenants to address day-to-day queries
The Receptionist will also provide customer service to tenants and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly first point of contact for Castlefield Estates.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including handling calls, greeting visitors, and managing front desk operations.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, mail handling, and basic office administration.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with tenants, visitors, and colleagues.
- Robust Customer Service skills, with the ability to remain professional, courteous, and solution-focused in all interactions.

Additional beneficial qualifications include:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets)
- Strong time management
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
Experience in property management, coworking spaces, or hospitality is an advantage.
