About the Role

We are seeking a professional, well-presented and friendly Receptionist to join our busy hair transplant clinic in London. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries efficiently.
  • Book and manage consultation and surgery appointments.
  • Check patients in for consultations and surgical procedures.
  • Ensure patient records and appointment schedules are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and reception tasks.
  • Respond to emails and online enquiries where required.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
  • Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English with outstanding communication skills.
  • Well-presented, professional, and approachable.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
  • Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience within a medical, cosmetic, or healthcare environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
