Location: This is an office-based role, requiring you to be present on site 5 days per week at our London HQ in Pancras Square

Contract Type: Permanent

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role at the heart of our London Headquarters, where you'll create a welcoming and professional experience for employees, customers, and visitors. Combining front-of-house reception, hospitality coordination, housekeeping oversight, and office support responsibilities, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office environment operates smoothly and consistently reflects the highest standards of service and presentation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing professional front-of-house reception cover and acting as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience for employees, guests, and senior stakeholders.
  • Managing visitor sign-in procedures and coordinating visitor access requirements.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring all spaces are prepared and presentation ready.
  • Managing catering requests and preparing refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Providing hospitality support for leadership, Board, and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, deliveries, and parcels.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms, kitchens, breakout areas, and hospitality spaces are maintained to a high standard throughout the day.
  • Monitoring and replenishing refreshments, stationery, and office supplies.
  • Overseeing housekeeping standards across the office and liaising with cleaning contractors to address cleaning requirements.
  • Conducting regular checks of office facilities and escalating maintenance or presentation issues when required.
  • Supporting office events, employee engagement activities, and catering arrangements.
  • Assisting the Office Manager and Executive Assistants with general administration and office coordination activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records relating to stock, supplies, and hospitality procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, housekeeping, catering, office support, or customer-facing role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and confident approach.
  • Experience interacting with visitors, clients, and senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, reliable, and adaptable mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
  • High attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional workplace and hospitality standards.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Food hygiene knowledge or certification.
  • Experience supporting corporate meetings, events, and hospitality services would be advantageous.
