The Role & Team

We are looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Leeds office, providing exceptional front-of-house support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our workplace.

This is a varied role that combines reception duties, office administration, facilities support, and meeting coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a professional and positive experience for everyone who visits or contacts our office. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to provide administrative and operational support whilst helping maintain a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Please note: Internally this role is called Client Experience Assistant.

Agencies: We are not accepting CVs for this role as we are aiming to fill it directly. We value your support and will reach out if required. Please do not send speculative CVs. Any unsolicited CVs sent to hiring managers or the business, without prior instruction from a member of the Talent Acquisition team, will be treated as a gift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk and provide a professional front-of-house service.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed appropriately.
  • Prepare, open, and close meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised, and fully equipped for use.
  • Coordinate food and refreshment orders for meetings and events.
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings for colleagues as required.
  • Process incoming mail, including scanning and distributing post.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing post and courier collections.
  • Maintain and clean client and colleague coffee machines, including regular flushing and upkeep.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock, and other essential items.
  • Support the wider office with general administrative and facilities-related tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
