In January 2027, we’ll be moving into our new office in Eccles, and we’re looking for a Front of House Receptionist to become the welcoming face of AM London Fashion Ltd and our brand, Threadbare. As the first point of contact for our employees, visitors, guests, and external partners, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, professional first impression and representing our brand and culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, organised, and confident, and who takes pride in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Key roles and responsibilities
- Welcome and arrange refreshments for all visitors, customers, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a professional, tidy, and welcoming environment that includes ensuring displays and imagery in the front of house area remain current and trend-led.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable for meetings and events.
- Organise refreshments and catering for internal and external meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
- Support office operations, including ordering stationery, office supplies, and refreshments.
- Assist with travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and visitor logistics where required.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Provide administrative support to departments across the business.
- Assist with company events, staff engagement activities, and office initiatives.

Skills required
- Friendly, professional, and approachable, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experienced in a customer-facing, reception, hospitality, or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous Front of House, Receptionist, or Office Coordinator experience within a busy office environment.
- Experience coordinating meetings and events.
- Knowledge of visitor management systems.
- Experience supporting a busy corporate office environment.
