About The Role
Keystone Lintels is looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping to keep the day-to-day running of the office organised and efficient.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who is organised, approachable and able to remain calm and professional in a busy working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering and directing incoming calls, taking accurate messages and relaying information to the relevant team members
- Greeting and directing visitors, managing the reception area and ensuring it remains clean, tidy and welcoming
- Receiving and distributing incoming post and parcels, franking outgoing mail and maintaining housekeeping stock levels
- Managing meeting room bookings, preparing rooms, providing refreshments and assisting with meeting catering
- Ordering stationery and general office supplies and maintaining reception and administrative documentation
- Supporting the Accounts department with purchase orders and card payments
- Helping arrange staff travel and completing documentation including Building Control and Ancillary Certificates
- Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to directors, senior staff and other departments
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed at all times

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Previous receptionist or administration experience would be desirable
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to use initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, professional and helpful attitude
