Role Description
The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at our clinic in Woodford Green. This role is responsible for:

- Greeting patients warmly
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensuring the reception area is professional and welcoming at all times

Daily tasks include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Responding to patient inquiries
- Handling email correspondence
The Receptionist will also perform clerical duties such as:
- Maintaining patient records
- Processing payments
- Managing office supplies
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative needs
The role requires consistent, high-quality customer service and clear communication to help deliver an excellent patient experience aligned with Time Clinic’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including appointment scheduling, record management, and basic administrative support.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle patient inquiries professionally and clearly.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a friendly, empathetic, and patient-centered experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical or customer-facing environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with common office software and practice management or booking systems (training can be provided).
- Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow protocols, and uphold high standards of professionalism and presentation.
