Front of House Receptionist – Glasgow City Centre £30,000 – £32,000 | Permanent | Glasgow City Centre
We are recruiting a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join a prestigious commercial building in the heart of Glasgow's city. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional service within a busy corporate environment.
This role could suit an experienced receptionist, or someone from a strong customer service, administration or hospitality background looking to move into a professional Front of House role.

The Role
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors
- Manage visitor check in, check out and temporary access passes
- Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Provide general reception and administrative support
- Build positive relationships with tenants and regular visitors
- Maintain high standards across the Front of House area
- Liaise with the Building Manager, security and other onsite teams
About You
You will be:
- Personable, confident and professional
- An excellent communicator
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable dealing with people at all levels
- Reliable and able to take ownership of your responsibilities
- Naturally customer focused with a genuine interest in providing excellent service

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
