Receptionist (Clinic Support Role)
About the Role
The Receptionist will answer incoming calls to the clinic, provide administrative support, and assist with assigned duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of the importance of patient medical records, ensuring accurate documentation of patient calls.
- Maintains high standards of phone etiquette and assesses the needs of patients or family members during calls.
- Complements assigned tasks and goals professionally.

- 3 months of administrative support experience.

Preferred/Desired
- 1 year of general office experience, ideally in a medical environment.
Education
- Minimum Required
- Clear and effective communication skills in written, oral, and verbal English.
- Ability to write legibly and record information accurately for job duties.
