The Role
Working closely with management and front of house teams, you will play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating guest flow, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and high standards of the Fundamental Hospitality brand.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Receptionist experience within luxury restaurants, five-star hotels, or premium hospitality venues
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional presentation and confident, welcoming personality
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Fluent English: additional languages are an advantage
