Front of House Assistant | Manchester | Full-time, office-based
We’re looking for a Front of House Assistant for a modern workspace. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing a warm welcome, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring visitors and members have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. You'll be the first point of contact for the space, helping with everyday enquiries, managing meeting room bookings and supporting the smooth running of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members, visitors and guests, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage meeting room bookings, calendars and general enquiries using digital systems.
- Answer questions and direct visitors to the appropriate people or spaces.
- Keep the reception and shared areas tidy, organised and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day workplace operations.
- Help ensure the workspace runs efficiently and that members receive a consistently positive service.

About You
- You have at least 2 years of experience in reception, front of house, hospitality, guest services or office administration.
- You're friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people face-to-face and over the phone.
- You're organised, reliable and comfortable managing bookings and basic administrative tasks on a computer.
- You have a customer-first attitude and enjoy helping people.
- You're happy working in a structured, service-led role where providing a great welcome and keeping things running smoothly are the main priorities.
